Notable Investments
“Allen County has been home to Trelleborg’s full-service manufacturing facility for seals made from advanced plastics and rubber materials since 1956. As the Americas headquarters for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, we’ve continually grown our presence in Fort Wayne, adding a supply chain and distribution center in 2005, moved that facility to its current location in 2010 and then expanded it in 2013. Now we’re investing here again to provide customers with industry-leading hydrogen testing capabilities. The city is ideally situated for us to reach the aerospace, industrial and automative markets and provides us with access to talent from engineering schools like Trine and Purdue Fort Wayne.”
