Olivia Dickerson

Olivia joined the Greater Fort Wayne Inc. team in November 2022, bringing her passion for delivering impactful programs and events. As a Fort Wayne native, she is a familiar face at signature events, ribbon cuttings, networking gatherings, and GFW Inc. programming. Her deep connection to the Fort Wayne–Allen County community fuels her commitment to its growth and success.

A first-generation college graduate, Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Purdue University Fort Wayne. With five years of experience in event management, Olivia’s career includes being an Event Day Manager at two local wedding venues, and time at Sweetwater as an Academy of Music Coordinating Intern, where she helped execute Rock Camp, Sweetwater Academy’s largest production.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys an active and fulfilling personal life. She met her fiancé in their freshman year of high school, and they will be wed in June!  An avid sports enthusiast, Olivia plays intramural slow-pitch softball and pickleball. She enjoys watching the Fort Wayne TinCaps and Indiana Fever.  When she’s not planning events or participating in sports, Olivia loves to read—she devoured 50 books in 2024 alone—and spend quality time with her family, friends, and four beloved dogs. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, collecting Christmas decor, and taking care of her plants.
