Jennifer Atienzo-Fisher

Jennifer Atienzo-Fisher joined Greater Fort Wayne Inc. in 2023 as the director of marketing and communications, where she leads the team dedicated to telling the story of Fort Wayne and Allen County. Her work supports GFW Inc.’s mission to drive economic growth and make Allen County an even better place to live, work, and thrive.

Since moving to Fort Wayne in 1997, Jen has cultivated a deep appreciation for the area. Initially drawn by the city’s vibrant music scene, she has since become a passionate advocate for the community, highlighting its exceptional quality of life and abundant opportunities.

Jen’s professional journey includes marketing roles with Dekko in Garrett and Fort Wayne Community Schools, where she honed her ability to craft impactful messages and foster community engagement. In 2022, she joined the team at Amp Lab at Electric Works, where she inspired the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs as an educator. This transformative experience, combined with the launch of her consulting business, reinforced her desire to empower others and contribute to the region’s prosperity.

Through her leadership at GFW Inc., Jen is eager to champion economic development and build meaningful connections that elevate Fort Wayne and Allen County. She brings creativity, dedication, and a profound commitment to the community, helping to shape a thriving future.

Outside of work, Jen continues to perform locally in her bands, Sugar Shot and Sugar Creek Lane, and runs her consulting business, Evolution to Revolution Consulting and Coaching, and spends her free time with her family.
